TELACU is a non-profit organization that provides housing for low income seniors. Funding is provided through the HUD 202 program. These projects are made possible through the joint efforts of the City of Pico Rivera and key City Officials. The result is a quality active lifestyle for independent seniors as well as a beautiful enhancement to the surrounding neighborhood.
