Just got a great lesson on how NOT to do customer service from Delta Airlines. Wonderful lectures from two ladies on what the rules are but not a shred of service! Customer service starts when there is a problem. Every problem presents an opportunity for a positive customer experience. Simply reciting rules is NOT service and creates disappointment and even anger. Delta, you shanked it!
