You know that saying, âyou are a product of the five things and people you surround yourself withâ?
That includes your thoughts, the people youâre surrounded by, and the conversations you listen to.
It all comes together and you hear it from that little voice in your head narrating everything as you work through your todo list.
So this wek, letâs do less âugh, Iâm behindâ and more âIâm figuring it out!â
Speak kindly to yourself. Your body responds so much better to positivity than negativity⌠and... Mondays do too.
So. Sip your coffee. Let the good in. Make great choices.
Happy Monday! đ

Gotta love a good heart-warming quote. âď¸
The best things in life really are the people we love, the places weâve been, and the stories we carry with us along the way.
Itâs easy this time of year to talk about luck. But when I look at my life, my family, my work, and the people I get to serve⌠I see something deeper.
Faith over luck. Every time.
Faith to keep going.
Faith to show up.
Faith that the work weâre doing matters, even on the days it feels small.
The stories weâre building donât happen by accident. Theyâre shaped by the people we walk with, the places we step into, and the trust we carry forward.
Today, I raise my mug to say cheers to to a life full of meaningful moments, strong coffee, and stories worth telling. âď¸đ

This week Iâm working on choosing new colors and fonts for a brand refresh, and it reminded me how much these two little things shape the entire feel of a business.
A good brand palette and font pair do a lot of quiet work. They signal personality, create recognition, and help everything from your website to your social posts feel cohesive.
If youâre thinking about refreshing your look, here are a few simple tips to start:
â˘Â Start with your brand personality.
Are you calm and refined? Bold and energetic? Friendly and casual? Your colors and fonts should reflect the feeling you want people to have when they interact with your brand.
â˘Â Keep the palette simple.
Most strong brands use 3â5 core colors. One main color, a couple of supporting tones, and a neutral or two will take you far.
â˘Â Choose fonts for readability first.
Beautiful is great. Readable is essential. If people have to work to read it, they wonât.
â˘Â Think about where it will live.
Your fonts and colors need to work everywhere: social media, website, print materials, presentations, and maybe even signage.
â˘Â Consistency beats novelty.
Once you find a combination that feels right, use it everywhere. Consistency builds recognition faster than constant change.
Brand refreshes are among my favorite projects because they bring clarity and fresh energy to a business already doing great work.
If you need help with colors, fonts, or a full brand refresh, this is one of my favorite things to work on. Letâs chat.

Have you tried the âNext Stepâ trick?
When something feels overwhelming, donât solve the whole problem.
Just decide the next step.
Not âredo my website.â
Not âfix my marketing.â
Just one small thing:
⢠outline ideas
⢠update one section
⢠send one email
Momentum builds faster than motivation.
