We will begin with a 45-50 minute relaxing Yin practice, then transition into a soothing Sound Meditation for the final 40 minutes: Experience this relaxing sound bath, where the soothing vibrations of various instruments, including crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes, will envelop you in a tranquil atmosphere. This immersive session invites you to relax deeply, release stress, and reconnect with your inner self. Perfect for all levels, this event is an opportunity to find balance, clarity, and rejuvenation. Pre-registration is required.
