My first real and honest interaction with Jamie was at my kitchen table. She was headed into senior year as a collegiate volleyball player and education major and her biggest worry about joining Arbonne was failure. If you know Jamie you know she would never allow herself to fail at anything. Ever.

Six years later and she knows, and will tell you, failure is just a word. As long as we are doing our best in any given moment we aren’t failing. True story. We are moving forward one step at a time and THRIVING as long as we are being our authentic self. She has grown and flourished. I’m so proud and lucky and grateful to call her a part of our family.

I’ve watched her grow as a friend, sibling, aunt, daughter, teacher. I’ve watched her try new things. I’ve watched her WERK. 🔥 If you are lucky enough to call Jamie a friend you know she quickly becomes family. In three words she is

Can we just talk about good, healthy, fair communication?

We just have to keep asking people “why” about their feelings/beliefs. Instead of attacking and fighting just ask, “why?” And not to create defensiveness, so be careful bc people with adverse opinions are fragile. They are defensive and guarded and, right now, they are extra heightened. If we can just learn to listen and ask questions of people we can change the world. Let’s get back to creation of community instead of destruction.
