Last night’s supper club with chef Jeremy Nelson was a tour de force and received extremely high praise from our dinner guests. The dishes showed an incredible level of skill and craftsmanship but also creativity and playfulness. One of the desserts, Disaster at the Beach was designed to look like a child having dropped their ice cream cone in the sand. Guests were hard pressed to pick a favorite course.
