and I have always wanted to do something international so that we could meet and learn from people in our industry who weren’t in our US market. Spoiler alert: they have the same challenges and concerns that we do! 🤪

Ok, now that I’ve recovered from jet lag, I had an absolutely amazing trip to England last week (still not over it!). So here’s my first photo dump!

Even though we were working, it felt very much like a vacation.

We went to a STR thought leader retreat and had a great time hanging out with so many amazing people in our industry. The round table discussions were SUPER productive AND ✨fun✨

Take the trip. Do the thing. You won’t regret it ✈️

This week, an episode dropped on about me and ’s new property!

This episode is the first in a series of episodes in which we’ll be detailing our newfound property partnership together – the plan, the preparation, and everything in between – in as much detail as we possibly can.

We’re excited (and nervous!) about this new journey but we can’t wait to share it with you all along the way 🫶🏼

Taylor was Nestrs’ first employees when we moved to Columbus.

When I was first interviewing Taylor on Zoom, Nick and I were living in our tiny 1br apartment, and Nick wanted to pass by in the living room. He didn’t want to get in the way of the video interview, so he decided to *military crawl* across the living room floor thinking he wasn’t going to be in the video.

Spoiler alert: he was in the video.

Taylor burst out laughing and that’s how I knew she’d be a perfect fit.
