Seven years ago today, Katie Poole reopened The Chimney Guys after the company had been closed for approximately 18 months following the passing of our founder, her father, Rob Harrison.

What began as a decision to carry on a family legacy became a mission to build something that would create lasting opportunities for others.

Today, The Chimney Guys is powered by an incredible team committed to raising the standard in our industry. Through intentional investment in people, ongoing training, and a commitment to doing the job right the first time, we've created meaningful career paths while delivering exceptional service to the families who trust us with their homes.

Katie continues to lead by example, believing that growth starts at the top. Most recently, she earned her Certified Chimney Specialist designation, adding to her Certified Chimney Sweep certification and her distinction as the **ONLY** Certified Chimney Reliner (CCR) in the state of Ohio. Her commitment to continuing education reflects the same standard of excellence she expects throughout the company—because doing the job right the first time begins with investing in knowledge, craftsmanship, and people.
