: Kelly Ralston is a 20-year construction veteran who has done it all, from roofing inspections to project management She started her career as a commercial roofing inspector before moving to a senior accessibility project manager role. She has an educational background in architecture and engineering and is currently taking business courses at Harvard that will lead her to a career in construction law.

Kelly is currently the LDPM for Nest Communities in Charlotte, North Carolina. She also teaches ADA/IC codes and OSHA regulations, and is a certified ACTCP specialist, a skill she uses to help veterans through charity work. She recently moved to North Carolina from the St. Louis area, where she grew up.
