Hey there, Barbie frens! I know I’ve been MIA lately. I just needed some time to heal and grieve my Moms passing. My mother‘s service was the Friday before the Queen city doll show. We came home that day and Birdie and I loaded the car and went straight to Cincinnati to set up for the show the following day. We got home Saturday night. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday we packed for Grant A Wish and we left early Wednesday morning for Michigan. We returned on Sunday evening. Thanks to all of you who were so kind to us at the show, and at Grant A Wish. Being with all of you really did our hearts so good! This is why I’m not going back to work until the 18th.🥹💖
But, about this picture….
I found these four girls in the wild last weekend when yard selling with my son Jack. I will be restoring them live on Instagram, and I will have them for sale at the National Barbie Convention during room sales starting on July 5.
I will be starting work on the 18th on the orders that y’all brought to me. For now, my order book is closed. I am planning on having all orders done by the 4th of July. My order book will remain closed until after I come back from national. I don’t know what I will receive in the way of orders while I am in Austin. When I come home, I will post when I be opening back up.
Again, thank you so much to all of your kindness and love that you have shared with us over the last month. For now, I am working on table gifts, and in my doll room to organize things. I’m getting a few other things here at home done while I am away from my doll work. I am turning a closet into a reading nook. So far, I’m real happy with it and it’s keeping me busy. Aside from that, we’re cleaning the pool and I will be planting flowers this weekend. I hope everybody has a lovely Mother’s Day!
