Buckeye Strive

This is our first project under the umbrella of The Dream Project, lead by Himanshu Savardekar, Cameron Conte, and Caroline Klug, aims to inspire underprivileged youth to aim big and seek out careers and dreams to pursue higher education.

This popsicle project served the middle schoolers at the Columbus Families Foundation, which attempted to integrate engineering lessons and teach teamwork, adaptability, and critical thinking. We also had a whiteboard session which explored career options to get our feet wet about their future interests as well. We will be working with these same kids all year through many innovative project based learning events such as this one.

Thanks for being patient with us! We took a short hiatus but we're now back energized and ready to make an impact. We appreciate your support as we work through innovative ideas and projects to raise awareness as well as help eradicate homelessness.
