An algorithm is simply this: a repeatable process that produces a predictable outcome. Jesus gave us one in Matthew 28. Go. Teach. Baptize. Train. Repeat. The Great Commission is the original algorithm.

Data is simply this: evidence of formation. Not activity — evidence. The early church counted. Three thousand added. Five thousand added. Luke was a data steward before the word existed.

The church that refuses to learn the language of algorithm and data will keep mistaking noise for growth and crowds for disciples.

Size is not value. Raw is not qualifying. Formation before compensation.
