“It was, like, 100 degrees,” said Adams. “Vinyl can get warped at, like, 80 degrees, and it will never sound the same again. I knew I had to do something. So, I picked up a rock and threw it through the window. I just did what any other vinyl lover would do.”

His first store was the Record Connection on the east side; he has since moved to Kenny and Henderson in the Kenny Centre Mall. We talked about the music business and his adventures riding motorcycles with Jorma Kaukonen of Jefferson Airplane fame. Mike is one of the nicest guys you’ll come across. Stop in the store.
