With over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience, Nick Manus brings a unique, business-
first perspective to commercial real estate. From humble beginnings as a small restaurant owner to becoming a respected investor and real estate professional, Nick has built a career rooted in hard work, integrity, and a deep understanding of what it
takes to run a successful business.

Born into the hospitality industry, Nick’s passion for business is in his DNA. As the owner of Phillips Original Coney Island and Phillips On Wheels he has firsthand experience navigating the challenges and opportunities that come with owning and operating a business. This insight allows him to connect with clients on a deeper level—whether they’re small business owners, seasoned investors, or first-time buyers—helping them make real estate decisions that align with their business, financial, and personal goals.

Nick’s well-rounded perspective enables him to see commercial real estate from every angle. He is known for his strategic thinking, client-first approach, and ability to simplify complex transactions. He is an active member of the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, Union County Chamber of Commerce, Ohio, and Columbus Commercial Industrial and Investment Realtors (CCIIR).

A lifelong resident of Central Ohio, Nick was born and raised in Dublin, where he now lives with his wife, Kori, and their two daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, and staying active through CrossFit—often coaching and training others. You’ll also find him cheering on his daughters at gymnastics meets and soccer games.
