It’s been six accidental shooting involving a child under the age of 12 in Columbus since September.

In our city, youth, young adults, and grown men are fighting every day just to stay alive in a community that was never built for them to win. But still—they stand tall. They rise. They refuse to let the streets write the end of their story.

Halt Violence walks beside them in the darkness, reminding them of a truth the world often forgets to tell them:
You are worth more. Your life matters. Your future is not defined by gun violence.

We teach them how to rise above the pressure, the pain, the trauma, and the temptation to pick up a gun just to make ends meet. We help them find their power, their identity, and the strength to rewrite their history with their minds, not weapons.
