The Modern Day Prophet

With Black History Month coming up around the corner I thought it profitable and useful for us to open discussions now.

We were all taught in school that the blacks of this country were transported here by force to become slaves for the colonialists. With slightly deeper education you come to learn men women and children were sold on auction blocks. Though if it's never discussed how much or how little there did for it is clear and evident that blacks of people were not of much value to those who stole and took this land, also by force, from its natural inhabitants.

The snippet shown from this article published by Time Magazine validates just how little of value negroes were considered to the white overlords of New Colonial America. In this article it says that the first negros to disembark upon this land of newly conquered lands, which were only about 26 people, were not even sold but traded for food and commodities. THEY WEREN'T EVEN WITH MONEY TO THE OVERLORDS OF THE NEW WORLD.

This action and activity continued for at least the first 4 years of slave importation.
