The Puffed Flamingo

Yesterday I made what I like to call Clam Shells, inspired by the pastry called a Lobster Tail.

I took the Lobster Tail recipe and gave it my own spin. What you see before you is a puff pastry shell, stuffed with a cream puff shell, filled with a sweetened ricotta filling, and drizzled with dark chocolate.

I was a little skeptical at how these would turn out, but they ended up being delicious!

Btw these things are bigger then my hand!

They have a layer of strawberry cream, strawberry slices, whip cream, and a drizzle of chocolate ❤️😍
