🔥 Whew… today was a HOT one. 🥵

We spent the day serving at the Solventum Employee Appreciation Event, and between the heat and the lunch rush, it was definitely one of those days that tested us. I handled most of the event myself, with my brother giving me a hand getting the chip stands set up before we got rolling.

Days like today remind me that running a food truck isn’t just cooking—it’s hauling equipment, setting up, prepping, serving, cleaning, and doing it all in the Missouri summer heat. It’s a lot of work, but seeing people enjoy their lunch makes every drop of sweat worth it.

A huge thank you to everyone at Solventum who stopped by today. Your patience, smiles, and support mean more than you know. ❤️
