A huge thank-you to Kelly & Strucket for being one of our amazing Stitchin’ VT sponsors! 💛
Today’s reel features me unboxing my newest obsession — and yes, it’s a soak + strain system. Listen… when something shows up looking cute and ready to make your life easier, you give it the attention it deserves. 😌 Strucket does the heavy lifting and lets you glide through your soaking process like the domestic royal you are.

Strucket soaks and drains without the need to touch your project, after it goes in the water of course — perfect for those “I need to soak but I’m not about to haul heavy water today” moods. And if you think it’s only for yarn? Oh no, darling. This thing has range.

And this is just a teaser — another reel is coming to demo exactly how easy soaking is with Strucket. Consider yourself warned: if you don’t already have one, it’s going on your wishlist. 📝

Huge thanks to Strucket for spoiling my guests with their own systems ✨ and for supporting our fiber community as a whole.

P.S. I noticed Strucket is running a sale right now… so if this reel sparks feelings, now’s the time. 😉 https://strucket.com/

I couldn’t let October get away from me without acknowledging the incredible brands who sponsored Stitchin’ Vermont 2025! 💚🍁
I could never have pulled off this retreat without my retreat assistant, & — our photographer who not only 📷 but stepped in to help with all the things! These two dear friends mean the world to me! 💕
Huge thanks to:
 — and of course, a few yummies from my boutique!
Because of their generosity, each guest’s exclusive tote was jam packed with knitting goodies 🧵👜 plus a ridiculously cozy personalized blanket, and the perfect vest to stay warm while showing off a handknit (& printed with Katy Lin in her own sweater!)
➤ Stay tuned for brand-specific posts about what they shared with Stitchin’ Vermont guests, and why you’ll want to engage with them too!
♥︎ Special shout outs to ♥︎
— the perfect cozy knitting retreat space with alpacas, sheep, and stunning views 🏡💫
 — for delicious dinners, brunch, and a farm-to-table workshop 🍽️
 — for teaching sculptural beading (who knew spiders could be cute? 🕷️✨)
 — for our collographic printing session; mine’s already framed! 🎨🖼️
And of course, — where we met amazing vendors and knitters, and I came home with the softest, squishiest sheepskin 🐑🧶
I used fibers from , & for my new collection, 〰️ Knit to Weather: Warm Intentions 〰️ coming 🔜 . These yarns were the perf match & — I can’t wait to share 💖
🔥
This retreat filled my heart (and my project bag!) and has me so excited for Stitch & Beach 2026! 🌊☀️
If you dream of a house full of knitters, workshops, just a couple outings, curated goodies & being taken care of 24/7, there’s still room! (But barely since Monday)

The one thing you buy for yourself on your final shopping trip with your oldest during freshman move-in.
I drop off cookies in the morning, get my final hug before heading home & then I somehow have to make my heart ok with this.
WHY IS THIS SO HARD.
