This was a cake I delivered yesterday. It's a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Note to self cream cheese and south Carolina heat DO NOT DO NOT ho together. When I got on site I had to complete redo the cldecor as the letters and icing just melted off. It turned out very well and we learned from this experience 😆 🤣
