Let me post my set 🌸💎 Ngl I used to be so self conscious about my work bc I was comparing it to nail techs that’s been in the game for years. But Ima give myself credit bc I’ve only been doing nails for a year, and 365 days ago I didn’t even know how to do an acrylic full set. I know that practice makes perfect and as long as I keep practicing, it’s only gonna get better with time. Y’all like these nails?
Tbh being a beginner nail tech isn’t easy.. While you learn a lot of techniques in school, it’s important to practice your craft every single day. One thing that I did early on was purchased a practice hand and I would come home every day after school and at least do one nail set a day to perfect my acrylic application, shaping, and designs.
The first nails that you see is one of the initial sets that I did last year around Valentine’s Day. The second is only a few months later. I don’t know who needs to hear this, but if you want it, you gotta go get it and getting it requires hours of repetition and practice tutorials and honestly an initial financial investment to give yourself the tools you need.
Nails isn’t just art it a skill that only gets better with time 🩷
