• Physical, state-issued photo ID
• Must include name, photo, and date of birth
Minors

• Must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
• Parent/legal guardian must present a physical photo ID

The minor must present ONE of the following:
• Physical state-issued photo ID
• OR Passport (card or book)
• OR Long-form birth certificate listing the parent or legal guardian
