The days are shortening fast
The leaves are dropping, quickly
Fall is upon us
Quiet afternoons
Dusk sneaks up on us
The soul is awakened
The seasons are switching
Life is growing inward and the soul is given more food
Let darkness have its way
Let the fall be fall
Even so, the fallen acorn will bring life soon enough
Even so, the passage and struggle to inward wisdom grows
Even so, wisdom grows and the heart is strengthened
Soulfulness is upon us
Darkness grows and the soul must be fed
