Platform, an organization for empowering women plans July conference Students at the University of Maryland are working to organize a political convention that would focus on issues facing women and encourage them to become more engaged with the political process.

Welcome to Platform! We are an organization dedicated to allowing all women, regardless of who they are and where they are from, to speak up and speak out. We want the young women of UMD to come together and have an impactful role in participation and planning for our conference in DC next summer.
