Well we are now into February and it's still bitter cold at night, so make sure your water lines are wrapped with heat tape or a heated hose along with making sure the underside of your units are sealed up to keep unwanted cold air getting in.

So even though I'm technically closed during the winter months here in Michigan I still get a few calls from the traveling workers for issue's such as this furnace stopped working, did a look over and pulled it for a Good cleaning to start with as you can see. Once cleaned off it worked just fine.

This is a good reminder to have your furnace cleaned regularly especially if you have pets.
