3 year old black angus bull up for discussion. Has been the sole bull on the farm for two years and has produced some great calves. Only reason we are parting with him is we kept a few heifers from him. Forty five 0️⃣0️⃣

If farming teaches you anything, it’s that you can’t control the weather or the machinery. We faced our share of bad luck this spring, but we are thankful for Comer Equipment for repairing the tractor and baler, and Nance Tractor for sorting out the cutter parts.
2026 spring hay is officially baled and in the barn. Between the equipment headaches and the severe lack of rain over the last few months, we only got about a third of what we normally see. Thankfully, we had some carryover from last year to help bridge the gap.
Even with the bad luck, we count our blessings and thank God for exactly what He provided. We are staying optimistic and praying for rain and a heavy fall cutting so we can take care of our customers.

It won’t win any beauty contests but we sure are in love with it. This is #1 of the 26 season and it’s a biggun.. A little “catfacing” caused by the cool spring nights but that doesn’t hurt the inside. Can’t wait for it to fully ripen. Just add Dukes, loaf bread, salt, and pepper!
