Historical renovation of one of Old Milford's gems - an 1860's stone building. Careful detail being applied to this construction including repointing of interior & exterior stone walls, new windows with stone sills, new wood plank / cross braced doors handcrafted by our carpenters, exposed rough sawn floor joists and upgraded electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems. This space is being fitted out for an office.
