This is a fun reminder that self care isn't "too much" - it's essential. We have to fill our own cups before we can fill others'. Self care isn't something you save for your birthday... it's a DAILY practice. It's as simple as remembering to do things that bring you the warm and fuzzies because this means you're experiencing happiness. We should have moments of happiness every single day.
Self love is the foundation of health. It's the foundation of courage. It's the foundation of vulnerability. Do something just for you today - you deserve it.

This has been quite a year for women and we're demanding more. 2023 is the year of US.
The year of REMISSION, not management.
The year of inclusive, fun nutrition... not restrictive b*ullsh*t diets.
The year of evidence-based tools... CGM (yes please!), spending another $200 on yet another test that gets you nowhere... no thank you.
The year of walking outside in the woods and breathing in the air... versus watching the calories burned slowly inch up on the treadmill.
The year of evidence-based practitioners versus paying someone without credentials to prescribe you supplements and put your health at risk.
The year of proud, confident, capable energy. Goodbye "PCOS is hopeless and we have no cure".
This is a mindset shift. This is also a shift towards evidence-based solutions for all women (and humans) with PCOS. I envision a world where all people with PCOS have a fighting chance at achieving REMISSION. We have the tools. We just need the movement. I've extended presale pricing for my new program: REMISSION for TODAY. Check it out - link in bio.
