Milk Time Meetup is this Tuesday, June 23, from 11:00a to 12:00p at Wollemi Counseling.

Come enjoy time in a nonjudgmental, supportive space with other moms. Whether you need lactation support, have feeding questions, or simply want to connect with other moms, you are welcome here.

Join us this Friday, June 19th, for our Coffee Conversation & Sunshine Walk!

We’ll meet at Emilie’s at 10:00am grab a coffee and then head out to the Kopf trail around 10:15 for a relaxed, stroller friendly walk.

I still have a couple spots available in my child and infant CPR and Babysitting Basics class this Wednesday from 4:00 to 7:00 PM!

This was originally planned as an all boys class, but I have opened it up to everyone. It's a great opportunity for tweens and teens to learn lifesaving CPR skills, basic first aid, and important babysitting safety tips.

We also had the chance to learn a little about Dot’s new practice, and I couldn’t be more excited for her. As a mom of three, she’s bringing her P.A. experience, passion, and heart into this new journey, and it’s inspiring to watch.

Mom Walk Update!

The weather is looking like it's going to cooperate with us today! It appears the rain should hold off from 10:00 a to 12:00p, which means we're on for our walk!

A special note for today: my 11 year old will be joining me! If you have older kids who would like to come along, feel free to bring them. We'd love to have them join the fun!
