🕜THROWBACK STORY TIME🕡

In 1995, the CHM family acquired a quaint little cottage out in Carrollton. It has been part of the family since, and over the past three decades, there have been countless additions and improvements.

Some (but not all) of these upgrades include the addition of a deck; the demolition of a seasonal porch and the building of a year-round porch; construction of stairs leading to the cottage from the road; and building a set of stairs leading to a new dock. All the original windows have been replaced, and a new window installed in the main living area, creating improved lighting and airflow.

Wrapped up and market ready 💪🏡

Finishing touches for our Marblehead project, including powerwashing the exterior and some yard clean and fix-ups. Following all the interior renovations we did.

What we worked on here 🤔:

Tore up A LOT of old carpet and put A LOT of new carpet down

Hung up new doors/closet doors

Patched drywall/refinished where needed

New paint in multiple rooms

New flooring installed

Bathroom vanities were torn out and new ones installed

We also worked on some plumbing issues!

CEO and founder of CHM Construction, Bob Null. Bob has over three decades of experience in the trades. Starting his younger years as an EMT for Cleveland, Bob transitioned into the trades in his early 20s. While he dedicated most of his time to taping and finishing, he also gained experience in all aspects of residential and commercial construction.

With almost a lifetime of experience in building, CHM Construction couldn’t ask for a better leader. Bob ensures every detail from start to finish is of the highest quality, and embodies a spirit of a job well done.
