Guess what? Q4 starts tomorrow.

Since July, I haven’t been on the road much. But that changes now, because strategic planning season is here.

This week I’m with our client, Faithward Resources, as they prepare for their Summit meeting, check in on where we are for 4th quarter so we can end the year strong, and begin mapping out 2026.

Here’s the thing: if you wait until January to plan, you’re already behind.

The best companies use Q4 to:
✨ Reflect on the year’s lessons
✨ Align leadership on vision
✨ Identify people + process gaps
✨ Build a clear plan before the new year

That’s the work I’ll be doing with clients the rest of this year.

Because businesses that prepare now don’t just enter 2026, they launch into it.

Are you starting to think about your 2026 planning yet?

📊 Your Org Chart Is a Strategic Roadmap—Are You Using It That Way?

Your org chart shouldn’t just be a directory. It should reflect:
– Your business priorities
– How decisions are made
– Where capacity or clarity is missing

When we audit org charts, we often find:
❌ Job titles that don’t match responsibilities
❌ Leadership gaps or role overlap
❌ No plan for future growth

✅ Strategic org charts help companies scale. Not by adding headcount—but by aligning structure to strategy.

💬 Is your org chart fueling growth or creating confusion?

🧭 Clear Expectations Aren’t Micromanagement—They’re Leadership

We often hear managers say, “I don’t want to micromanage.”
So they avoid setting clear expectations altogether.

But here’s the truth:
🚫 Micromanagement is about controlling every detail.
✅ Leadership is about making expectations visible and achievable.

When employees are unclear on:
– What success looks like
– How they’ll be measured
– Where their priorities lie
They don’t feel empowered, they feel lost.

💡 Strong managers set direction, define outcomes, and then give their people the freedom to perform.

If your team is underperforming, ask: Are we leading or just assuming they know what we want?
