On April 13th, 2026, Dhamakapella traveled to San Francisco, CA to end our season with a 💥BANG💥 at All-American Awaaz, the National Championship of the Association of South Asian A Ca****la. After performing alongside seven other incredibly talented teams, we are absolutely ecstatic to announce that we placed THIRD🥉🥉🥉 in the nation!! We are also so, so proud of our hardworking captains, Harry Ganz and Isha Matta, for winning Outstanding Arrangement for “Love Me Harder x Apna Bana Le” and Outstanding Visual Performance, respectively! 🤩🎶

A HUGE congratulations to and for placing first 🥇 and second 🥈, as well as to all the other teams that competed. We loved seeing the skill and energy you put out on stage and were honored to watch every group!

We would like to thank the entire board, as well as our amazing liasons, and , for being so accommodating and making our A3 experience as wonderful as it was. 💙 This competition would not have been possible without all of your efforts behind the scenes!

And last, but never least, thank you so much to all of our friends, family, and alums who supported us — both in person and virtually — throughout the year. We are so grateful to you for motivating us and cheering us on! 😊

As we bid farewell to the 2026 competition season, Dhamakapella would like to give a special shoutout to the one and only Harshini Somisetty (), our friend, teammate, and 3-time co-Music Director — and officially a CWRU dhalum. 🥹 None of what we’ve accomplished over the past four years would have been possible without your guidance, patience, and talent. We are so thankful for everything you’ve given this team and will miss you as you go on to accomplish dhamazing things post-grad. We love you, Shiny! ❤️
