Here is today's workout, Today is high rep Upper body, were looking to improve your GPP/ Conditioning in addition to improving your joint health. No need to go heavy on this one. You're going to do 4 sets of 25 (4x25):
Lateral Raise 2 sets 50 total
Front Raise 2 sets 50 total
Overhead Press 100 reps
Band Pull Apart
Pick a weight that is light enough to get all the sets and reps in but
no too easy that you feel like its a waste.

Thease are gonna be a great option for either before or after a workout. Make sure your using your hands to get your portions right. If your goal is fat loss Shoot for a 2-1 protein to carb ratio
