Greek Pulled Pork
Makes 4 servings
Each serving provides:
1 lean
3 condiments
1 optional snack
2 pounds pork tenderloin
2 tablespoons Greek seasoning
4 ounces pepperoncini peppers
Place pork tenderloin into a slow cooker, sprinkle meat with Greek seasoning, and pour the jar of peperoncini peppers with their juice over the pork. Cook 4 hours on High.
Shred the pork using 2 forks and allow to cook 10 to 15 more minutes.
