We’re Hiring Field Inspectors at Credible Home Inspections!

Looking for reliable, employee that can work independently and join our nationwide team performing:
• Mortgage Field Inspections: Door hanger/letter deliveries, no-contact orders, and inspections of vacant bank-owned properties.
• Exterior Home Insurance Renewal Surveys: Simple walk-arounds of homes (homeowners are notified in advance—we contact them by phone the same day we recieve the work order).

Requirements:
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and attention to detail

Commitment Required:
• Minimum 5 days per week
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Must enjoy driving (daily travel involved)
• Some overnight stays required to assit in rural areas

Territory: We’re seeking reliable inspectors to cover Northeast Ohio and Southeast Ohio.
