The FOX8 I-Team spent months reviewing the cases, interviewing sexual survivors, and gauging the progress made by the Medical Board in handling sexual misconduct. Before he hired me at 19 News, Bill Applegate asked if I could give him 3 years. I ended up staying for 12. One of my most satisfying roles at 19, was working with Bill as his editorial writer. Bill was fearless. Love or loathe him, he was a true trailblazer, who helped revolutionize TV News. Sad to hear that Bill has passed.

Our Mom passed 25 years ago today. She had a warm heart and a kind soul. We love you Mom. We miss you so.
