A great trick to staying motivated is having a clear and defined game plan. The first step is to find your goal. What do you want to achieve? Turn that goal into a vision - how does that goal play out in your daily life? Once you've imagined what achieving that goal will look like for you, the next step is to produce a plan and take action. Think of taking it day-by-day rather than by the potential vastness of your goal. A goal without a plan is simply just a dream. To achieve it, we must plan how we're going to achieve it!

Goal-setting and planning are a huge part of our Bake Me A Leader summer programs. Setting goals teaches young leaders to identify their goals and create a plan on how they're going to achieve it in terms of baking. This helps keep them on track and motivated!
