It's hard maintaining workouts when you're traveling.
This workout is quick and you don't need any equipment (except a timer or watch)
Repeat this set at least 4-times for a decent, fast, heart pumping, muscle growing session!
Quick travel workout -
1 min situps with long legs-reach for your toes
1 min squats
1 min jump squats
1 min pushups
1 min tricep dips on stairs
:30 break
2nd time: sub in bicycle crunches/1 min lunges on each leg/plyo lunges/1 min center plank
:30 break
Repeat first interval-using center plank at the end.
:30 break
Repeat second interval-using 2- :30 side planks.

Food tidbits that we all know and choose to forget....
I won't let you...
*Drink more water! Water cleanses the body!
Put some fresh lemon or lime or cucumber in it to jazz it up!
*Limit your coffee to the morning - no cream and sugar! Use Agave natural sweetener or skim milk if you need to.
*Limit alcohol (I know, say it isn't so!) empty calories - expecially wine-ouch! For every glass you drink, pair it up with a glass of water.
*Eat breakfast with protein and complex carbs! It is the most important meal of the day! It turns your body on and starts the metabolism fire roaring!
*Don't eat dinner later than 7pm! Don't eat afterward! Let your body digest before bed!
*Try to eat more protein at dinner than carbs!
*Eat your carbs for breakfast and lunch so you have all day to burn it off!
OK! OK! I'm done!! I sound like the Grinch or Scrooge. Sorry!

Bad food cancels out good workouts!! Especially as we get older! Ugh! No matter how hard we workout, if we are feeding our bodies junk -- we will not see or experience positive changes to our bodies. We need to fuel our bodies with healthy choices! Our body is our machine and we want it to be healthy and energized and that doesn't happen on cookies, chips, candy and processed snacks!! No one needs to gain extra holiday pounds! Be disciplined through the holidays - January will be so much brighter!
