This week, America celebrates its 250th birthday, a milestone honoring the freedom, opportunity, and entrepreneurial spirit that have made countless dreams possible. As a proud American manufacturer, we're grateful to be part of that story and to serve customers across this great nation.

The Fourth of July is also deeply personal to us.

It is the birthday of Betty Harris, grandmother of our CEO, James C. Keliehor, and the great-grandmother of our beloved brand mascots, Jaimito and Little Miss Lonestar.

Long before Cheesemakers became what it is today, Betty believed in James. She encouraged him, invested in his vision, and helped fund the dream that would grow into Cheesemakers Inc. Her faith, generosity, and unwavering support became part of the foundation our company stands on today.

As we celebrate America's 250th birthday, we also celebrate Betty's legacy. Her belief in one dream continues to live on through our family, our employees, our customers, and every cheese we proudly make right here in the USA.
