Subie Solutions LLC

As my customers and most followers know, Subie Solutions is a one person operation. I do my best to answer the phone, return messages and emails, schedule appointments and make sure jobs get completed on time. I’m usually very good at meeting deadlines and starting on track. Sometimes one job not going as planned can create a domino effect and things get a little behind.

Sometimes life can cause these issues as well, this is one of those times. My father has had severe heart failure for years, the past two years and especially the past 6 months have been extremely difficult to balance. We are currently in a very bad place with it and trying to work through it and we’re hoping for the best. Because of how bad things have gotten so quickly, I will not be taking new appointments for the rest of June. Already scheduled work and cars at the shop will still be completed, but please understand that there may be delays. Voicemails, messages and emails will also be delayed. I’m going to do my absolute best to handle this as best I can and continue to make my customers happy. Business hours may be sporadic during June, but I will be doing my best

I understand this is not ideal for customers, but this is a time I need to focus on family in this difficult time. I hope to pick right back up when this is all figured out, I’m confident customers and followers will understand.

Business hours will also be changing in the near future as I try to balance the shop and family.

This has been the busiest first half of a year since I started this shop 6+ years ago. Thank you to all my customers, I look forward to the future and continuing doing what I truly enjoy.

Currently taking appointments for June, from the 9th on there are openings! Some smaller services can be fit in with existing appointments throughout May, but only a few slots open. And as always, please leave a voicemail if I can’t get to the phone and I’ll always get back to you, even if it’s the next day! Thank you as always to all our customers!

Shop update! Not good at keeping the shop page updated, figured it was due for a quarterly update.

As most of my customers know, I am a one person operation here at the shop. So there are times where it may take a couple days to return messages and emails, and I thank everyone for understanding that!

It's been a very busy summer season at the shop, now we're moving on to getting cars ready to get through the cold and snow safely. As always, message or call to schedule your appointment, all voicemails will be returned!

And as always, the shop voicemail is working so to ensure you get a call back please use that. I cannot possibly call back every number that calls due to the amount of spam. But with a voicemail I'll know it's not spam, if you call back to back to back to back it defaults the number to spam.

Small personal life update which will be affecting business hours for the next couple of months.

Our daughter is due November 24th! I will be closed that week and the following week to welcome her home and spend time with family.

Until then knocking out all the work I can, I have a few days with openings the week of November 17th as of right now. It seems to be a popular one, so all timing belt services booked by the end of the year will be 10% off. Whatever it takes to help people stay on top of maintenance! Don't hesitate to reach out for any and all Subaru work! Here are some random pictures of some of the work that's been done lately, some cool and a lot of normal stuff. I also offer all routine maintenance and scheduled maintenance on newer Subarus as well!

EDIT: The shop will also be closed 11/7-11/12 for World Cup Finals - Import vs. Domestic. Accurate hours are always on Google!

Unfortunately this week we will be closed again, I apologize for the inconvenience. Between recovering from my own surgery and a family health emergency, there’s just a lot right now and being a small independent shop makes it that much more difficult.

And again, Google always has the accurate hours posted/updated. If there is ever an issue with their info, it will be posted here.

I’ve had a few customers ask if we are closing, I can assure you we are absolutely not closing shop! Just dealing with a couple of the curveballs in life right now, but we will be back open as soon as we can and back to the usual!
