💪💪First Competition is in the books! 💪💪 . . Late to post but the first competition for Team Viers is wrapped up. Finished the day with both of us on top for two first place trophies! I am so proud of us both and excited to see what the future brings for us in competition. Takeaways: My deadlifts suck. Period. No excuses and if I'm to continue being competitive this has to change. Hannah killed it on deads. She was surprised by how fast the 245 axle moved that she got out of position for the frame. Energy was too low for a final rep but I think she could pull that. Movements and throws saved me. Overall this day was as successful as we could have asked for. Congrats to @fallon.shavers1 @kolossus_strength for also finishing top of their class.
