SWIPE - The cheapest option isn’t always the best option. We did a bid on this property back in May, they didn’t respond and went with someone cheaper. Then went with someone else after that who just took money. They finally circled back to us and we finished the job in 30 days.
Peninsula: Phase 1 Complete. Drywall/Patch/Sand - prep for paint. Sharp corners and feathered edges. Be back in some weeks for phase 2 - let’s eat.
