Happy 1st of the month and happy Sunday ✨ Embrace the energy of renewal. Be sure to think, eat, and behave with the attitude of abundance.

I'm ringing in the new month with a nutrient dense meal:

Spinach & cheddar eggs (veggies & protein)
Turkey bacon & turkey sausage (lean protein)
Flaxseed steel oats (fiber with Omega-3 fatty acids)
Berry smoothie with ginger (fruit with an anti-inflammatory herb)

Be sure to care of your mind and body. Wouldn't be a bad idea to make affirmations under the full moon tonight. 🌕🙏🏾

I made a quinoa veggie bowl with black & pinto beans, bell peppers, and pico de gallo topped with salsa con queso with a side of flaxseed blue corn tortilla chips. I was just craving this because I always order something similar when out. The ingredients made me realize that this is a dish that is very reminiscent of the meals that southwestern tribes make. 🌽🫑🍅🧅🫘🫕
