Heather joins Chelsea Title in Lakeland as our Business Development Executive, bringing over 10 years of title industry experience. A Licensed Title Agent, she’s grown her career from processor to closer to Senior Escrow Officer—and for the past year and a half, she’s been focused on sales and building strong relationships.

A Polk County native born in Winter Haven, Heather led the first Polk County Top Producer Panel in 2025. When she’s not working, she’s a wife, mom, bonus mom, travel lover, and always up for great coffee. ☕✈️
