Week 5 in my 32-year real estate journey.

Years ago, I was an All-American soccer goalkeeper.

What I didn’t realize at the time is how much that experience would shape the way I approach real estate today.

As a goalkeeper, I was responsible for seeing the whole field — anticipating, directing, and managing everything happening around me.

That’s exactly how I approach a real estate transaction.

There are a lot of moving parts, and my role is to manage the entire process so my clients can move forward with confidence.

Grateful. Truly. 💛

One of the best parts of what I do isn’t just helping someone buy or sell a home…
it’s the relationships that come from it.

Hearing this means more to me than I can put into words.

Thank you for trusting me. Always.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day ☘️

I feel so lucky for the people I get to meet along my journey and the work I’m privileged and blessed to do.

Grateful for the homes I get to be part of and this crazy, fun ride.

Wishing everyone a little extra luck and a really good day 💚

Taking a quick break in the backyard with my pup after spending the morning studying the latest real estate numbers here in St. Louis, Missouri.

It’s interesting to see how the market has shifted a bit compared to the past few years. We’re seeing a little more inventory, homes are taking a bit longer to sell, and in some areas prices have adjusted.

Real estate is always hyper-local though, and every neighborhood can tell a different story.

After 32 years helping people buy and sell homes here, I still enjoy digging into the data so I can guide my clients well.

Now back to work… after a few more minutes of fresh air. 🐾

A very special closing day that filled my heart. ❤️

Jessica and I began this journey in early summer with a simple walk-through at her home on Marquette. What followed was months of partnership — preparing the home, coordinating contractors, meeting inspectors, navigating delays, and building a strategy that honored both her goals and the value of her home.

She trusted me to guide her through every step and to carry the stress so she didn’t have to. I treated her home as if it were my own.

Today, when we sat together at the closing table, she surprised me with the most beautiful bouquet of flowers and a hand-made piece of art with a note on the back that I will treasure forever. Her words of gratitude deeply touched me.

After 31 years in real estate, moments like this still remind me why I do what I do.

Real estate isn’t about houses — it’s about people, trust, advocacy, and guiding someone through a major life transition.
In many ways, I’m a coach in real estate. For 31 years I’ve been coaching my clients through the process — step by step, decision by decision, helping them move forward with clarity and confidence.

That’s what makes days like today so meaningful.

Congratulations, Jessica. 🌿
Thank you for allowing me to be part of your story.
