Erin Palmer brings a strong foundation in communication, client care, and relationship building to the AQI team, backed by hands-on experience in residential construction. Through her work with Habitat for Humanity and personal renovation projects, she has developed a practical understanding of how homes are built. With a diverse professional background that includes business ownership and working closely with individuals in high-trust environments, Erin excels at explaining complex information in a clear, approachable way. She is known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive, informative experience for every client.

Owners Randy and Paige recently volunteered along side Rotary District 7710 in the Dominican Republic to help build homes for families in need. Their daughters joined them on the trip, and the experience deeply strengthened the family’s “service above self” spirit. This marks the club’s 14th trip to the DR bringing the total to 24 homes built and more than $500,000 donated to the community. This visit was especially meaningful because, in addition to building homes, we constructed a new playground for local children.
