Preserve The Magick Project
I created my very first faerie trail — tucked gently into the trees along Hinkle Creek in Folsom. If you follow the path toward the main water entrance you’ll begin to notice them… five tiny doors, each one carefully placed within the knots of the wood, waiting to be discovered.
I’m not getting paid to create these trails. The idea alone that I can create a little more magic for my own child and yours is what drives me. I believe childhood should feel magical, that nature holds stories, and that wonder is something we can choose to keep alive.
This is only the beginning. I plan to create more trails along local parks. I’ll soon be adding to my website the option to purchase custom fairy doors from my Etsy— available as single pieces or bulk packs for those who feel called to create a little magic of their own.
If you know of a nature-based space, school, park, or child-centered business that would love a faerie trail installed, I would be so honored to help bring that vision to life. Don’t forget to tag us if you stumble upon the doors, we would love to share in your excitement.
