Changing Spaces Ohio

This is a step in the right direction. As stated, the restriction of payments to families for caring for their loved ones within the home has been removed, however, it can always be added back in. We must continue to watch this bill and make our voices be heard. 

Ohio Republicans have reversed course after their proposal to restrict home healthcare under the state's Medicaid program received massive backlash.

On Monday, lawmakers removed the most controversial portion of House Bill 795, which would have banned family members of Medicaid recipients from being certified caregivers.

Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH now has a universal changing table!!! They are part of Cedar Fair company, so hopefully other theme parks owned by Cedar Fair will follow suit!

Our world is becoming more accessible! More universal changing tables are being installed all the time. Here are the latest changing tables!

What a day! A couple things we take for granted are a dentist and a restroom. . First time as an adult Matthew went to a dentist who completely welcomed him and without fear jumped in and got X-rays and checked his teeth!!

Then we got to stop at at a beautiful rest area to use the universal changing table and have a picnic! All done without worry and stress. We felt like regular humans today! All day! Thank you, The Ohio State University Nisonger Center and Ohio Department of Transportation!
