To me, a beautiful grass fed Ribeye Steak properly cooked over live fire lump charcoal just hits a little different! Thanks to our friends for doing what they do!🔥🔥🔥Absolutely delicious!

Shout out to the wireless thermometer. Made this 21lb spatchcock turkey easy. Except for the dismount. Needed two hands in that!

Cook Temp and Time: roasted indirect at 375 until internal temp in the breast hit 160. Tent with foil and rest for 10 minutes before carving.
