Step 1: fit MoTow's Hitch lift (weighs 28lbs) onto your vehicle's 2" hitch
Step 2: mount your bike rack to the Hitch Lift's 2" mounting bracket
Step 3: lower the Hitch Lift to the ground for loading
Step 4: roll your bike onto your rack and secure as instructed
Step 5: raise the Hitch Lift to its travel position
